The now decrepid, worn and heavily rundown mansion on the western most end of Ithteca. Now in ruins, it serves as the command center of the Big Barret gang. Some of the civilians says it is haunted by the former Mayor who had perished in that house when he was driven insane 28 years ago...

However...
During the rise of TCT and ADN, the Big Barret Gang has been eliminated, and now the newly restored mansion is able to be purchased again.
